Dr. Suyatno delivered a speech in a public lecture on March 14, 2022, held online, Zoom, and on YouTube. Continued Dr. Suyatno, this activity is routinely carried out at the beginning of every semester before starting lectures with the theme and resource persons from the Master of Education Management (S2 MP UAD) lecturer. However, in the last two semesters, the speakers are outside the Masters of MP UAD but still from UAD. The themes presented are updated with the latest education issues.

Netes can be interpreted as lectures on time, with indicators this semester, around 50% of students have finished studying for three semesters. Mentes means quality, quality in courses, research, and journal publications. The test indicators include many students who can penetrate reputable international journals. Many alumni become teachers, school principals excel. When they graduate, some of the fresh graduates get jobs and develop their careers as lecturers at various universities.
Dr. Suyatno also conveyed some information, including 31 new students of Master’s Degree MP UAD in the even semester of 2021/2022 from various regions in Indonesia. The lectures were carried out in a blended learning manner.
Further remarks by the Dean of FKIP UAD, Dr. Trikinasih Handayani, M.Sc. In his remarks, he welcomed and took lectures to new students of S2 MP UAD. Dean also Introduces the faculties and study programs in FKIP UAD; there are 17 study programs consisting of 11 undergraduate programs, 1 PPG study program, and 5 master programs.
“There is a relationship between productivity and pressure, of course, with health. So is being more productive the more unhealthy it is, or is it getting healthier? It turns out that some facts from journals state that the more productive, the healthier, what is not healthy may be unproductive “, said Dr. Dody Hartanto.
Four references are the material for lectures by Dr. Dody, including the book Productivity in Higher Education, Improving Measurement in Productivity in Higher education, two journal papers.
Presented by Dr. Dody based on the lecture study material, if someone takes a Master’s program but does not plan and does not have a productivity orientation, he will be directed into five problems. Five Problems are reduced hours of sleep, lack of me and family time, confusion in dividing time (work and school), lots of work on campus, and being physically tired.
It was further explained that there are three challenges that master students must face three challenges to become productive students: lack of focus, uncomfortable emotions, and task conflict.
“When we talk about productivity, it must be related to our ability to accept several things. First to accept new literacy, then secondly the ability to learn throughout life, then its relation to cognitive abilities plus co-extracurricular abilities”, said Dr. Dody.
The short conclusions of Productive Students in Free Learning, firstly aligning their intention to attend lectures from the beginning to the end, secondly knowing and applying independent learner competencies including social skills & problem solvers, thirdly reading a lot of books, articles, discussions, and is ready to prepare theses, and fourth being prepared to sacrifice to achieve learning goals and dreams.
The general lecture participants seemed enthusiastic about participating in the activity until the end, with many questions asked the speakers.
