Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Yogyakarta has given color to my thoughts, experiences, and character. I am grateful that I was a Master of Education Management student who led me to become a lecturer and now as Chair of LP3M STKIP Muhammadiyah Kalabahi (university in NTT Province, Alor Regency a 3T area). The solid academic culture at UAD has encouraged my role in society as a teacher, researcher, book writer, and so on. I believe that UAD is one of the leading producers of the future.
